Policy & Op-eds
This section collects my policy writing: policy briefs and op-eds in Indonesia’s national media. The common thread is national economic issues read from below, from villages, farmland and industrial corridors, backed by data and often maps.
Topics I write about most often: rural economy, food security and rice prices, rural poverty, infrastructure and structural transformation, including national macro issues whose biggest impacts are felt at the village level.
